- Baking powder dough - 10 g
- Sugar powder - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 40 ml
- Heat the honey, butter and sugar on a low heat until the latter is completely dissolved and remove from the stove.
- Coriander, cloves (1 tsp.) Sift through a sieve, finely cut ginger (or grind in the same mill) and mix, adding cinnamon. Total should get 1 tbsp. l spices.
- In the oil-honey mixture, add salt, cocoa and add spices. When cooled to a warm state, mix with the egg. Mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add to the gingerbread mixture.
- Knead the dough is not cool, roll it into a ball, wrap in food film and put in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. The dough is quite liquid, but don't let that frighten you.
- Heat the oven to 170 ° C. Next, roll the dough to a thickness of 6 mm on a dusty flour board.
- Cut the sharp mold men, or your favorite molds.
- Lightly sprinkle the baking sheet with butter and transfer our gingerbread cookies there. We clean in the oven for about 10 minutes. It is important not to overdo the gingerbread, and then they burn instantly.
- Ready-made gingerbread should be elastic, but soft inside. We shift on the lattice, cool.
- Cooking icing. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice. It is necessary to mix gradually so that the icing does not turn out to be too thin. Per 100 g of powder has about 2 tbsp. l fluid. By the way, you can mix powder with water or milk.
