In this case, used ham, but you can choose sausage or any other stuffing that you like best.
- ground (dried) oregano 0.5 tsp.
- paprika 0.5 tsp.
- ham 150 gr.
- puff pastry 450 gr.
- beaten egg 1 pc
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place the puff pastry on a board, roll out a little, and brush with a beaten egg. Next, sprinkle with ground oregano, paprika (sesame seeds can be added if desired). Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips about 2-3 cm wide and in half.
Form a spiral, turning the puff pastry and bake for about 15 minutes. Ham or any other stuffing can be added both before baking spirals, and after they are ready. I prefer that the spirals be baked with ham.
