Tangerines all year round: an appetizing snack of cheese and eggs

The unusual design of this snack will surely attract the attention of her guests. Compact "tangerines" taste is not at all what they might seem. Cooking this dish is very simple.

You will need:

  • Cheese hard varieties (150-200 grams);
  • 2-3 hard boiled eggs;
  • several cloves of garlic;
  • 2-3 boiled carrots;
  • mayonnaise, salt to taste;
  • greenery;
  • sunflower oil

The cheese and eggs are rubbed on a fine grater, and then crushed garlic and some mayonnaise are added to them. We divide the mass into balls of the same size. Each such ball is laid out on a plate, which must be put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Thanks to the cold filling quickly harden.

Rubbed boiled carrots on a fine grater and add salt to taste. From the carrot mass is formed pancake. To make this easier to do, fingers should be dipped in sunflower oil. In each carrot pancake we wrap a ball of filling from the freezer, and then we attach the tangerine to the appetizer. From parsley or other greens we make a tail for decoration. The snack is ready.
